Senior Technical Program Manager

End-to-End Program Delivery: Own the complete lifecycle of enterprise customer implementations
Integrated Program Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive implementation plans across Product
Program Governance: Establish and manage effective operating routines, including weekly working
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, monitor, and resolve project risks
Go-Live Readiness: Lead deployment readiness activities, including cutover planning, rollback
Executive Reporting & Documentation: Prepare clear and comprehensive delivery plans, weekly

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
At least 7 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in an equivalent technical
Demonstrated experience managing large, complex, cross-functional programs with significant
Previous experience at a high-performing technology company such as Amazon/AWS, Google, Microsoft
Strong technical foundation, ideally developed through previous experience as a software engineer
Ability to confidently interpret architecture diagrams, API specifications, data models, and
